Introduction

Indian Society for Action and Research (ISAR) is a non-profit organization registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 with registration number 01111HA. Founded by a group of researchers in August 2002, ISAR is dedicated to rural development in Uttarakhand, with a vision to become a scientific institution excelling in rural development initiatives.
